Ken has worked in the industry for over 20 years and is a Master Certified technician. Ken prides himself on his work and is there to help the customer. Ken keeps himself and his crew apprised to the latest and continuous training. Jennifer handles everything behind the scenes; everything from the books to parts handling. Occasionally you will find her in the field working side by side with Kenneth and the boys. When they are not working, they enjoy time travelling and spending time with their NOW adult kids.

Her diagnosis in April 2024 came as a shock as she had just overcome 2 neck surgeries the prior year. Jennifer has shown her resilience and her strength all while keeping a sense of humor as she dealt with side effects from the loss of her hair to trouble walking due to treatments. Kenneth was there through thick and thin, and we appreciate everyone who allowed our family some space to heal and overcome. We appreciate every ounce of patience from repeating customers as well as new customers as we navigated multiple surgeries, Chemotherapy and Doctors appointments. Jennifer will be navigating the next 5 years with a suppression therapy as well as the next 7 years for a clinical trial to better help doctors, patients and the FDA make better informed decisions on treatments!
